You may return a product if additional copies ordered were not needed, if there is a manufacturing defect, or damage in shipping. Any returned product must be unused and in resalable condition. Returns must be completed within 90 days of purchase. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping costs.
Non-returnable Items:
- Unless there is a manufacturing defect, a DVD or CD set may not be returned if the packaging has been opened. If there is a defect, please report the issue to info@wordofgodspeakministries.org immediately and an exchange will be made.
- Any product that is not in resalable condition
Return Process
After we receive the retuned product, a refund check will be issued. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to receive payment. To insure the accurate and timely processing of your returned items, please include a note that lists the following:
- full name
- shipping address
- who the check should be made out to
- telephone number
- the items being returned
- the reason for the return
Please print your information clearly so there is no confusion. Pack your items securely and choose a return shipping method that allows for package tracking, such as USPS Priority, UPS, or insured Parcel Post.
